WKF President Antonio Espinós Meets WKF Vice President Nasser Alrazooqi in Dubai

World Karate Federation (WKF) President Antonio Espinós visited Dubai, UAE, for an institutional meeting with WKF 2nd Vice President and AKF President Major General Nasser Alrazooqi. The meeting provided an opportunity for both leaders to review the current situation of karate around the world and discuss the continued growth of the sport across all continents.

Mr Espinós travelled to Dubai following the successful conclusion of the 2026 Karate One Premier League season in Rabat, Morocco. Upon arrival, he was welcomed by Mr Alrazooqi, who also serves as President of the UAE Karate Federation.

The discussions focused on the development of karate at international level and the sport’s Olympic prospects, among many other items on the agenda. The two officials highlighted the importance of maintaining strong cooperation among national federations and continental organizations to support karate’s continued expansion and development.

WKF President Antonio Espinós said:
