WKF President Antonio Espinós Attends Fourth International Clinic Sandra Sánchez in Spain

WKF President Antonio Espinós attended the fourth edition of the International Clinic Sandra Sánchez, held in Talavera de la Reina, Spain. The event once again confirmed its growing international appeal, bringing together karate practitioners from around 15 countries, including Italy, Portugal, Germany, Peru, Mexico, Venezuela, Slovakia, Greece, Georgia, and Croatia.

The activity, which was held at the recently named 'Sandra Sánchez' sports hall in Talavera de la Reina, was attended by the Honorary President of the International World Games Association José Perurena, the Mayor of Talavera de la Reina José Julián Gregorio, together with the Olympic champion Sandra Sánchez, and Olympic coach Jesús del Moral who hosted a new successful edition of the activity.

Over the last four years, Sandra Sánchez and Jesús del Moral have successfully developed the International Clinic into a well-recognised educational activity in karate. Combining technical excellence with a welcoming environment, the clinic continues to attract participants from around the world and strengthen its reputation year after year.

WKF President Antonio Espinós said after the opening ceremony:

"I would like to recognise Sandra Sánchez's and Jesús del Moral’s efforts in organising this outstanding activity once again. Sandra Sánchez is one of the greatest ambassadors of our sport, not only because of her extraordinary achievements on the tatami and her remarkable list of honours, but also because of everything she has done and continues doing outside competition to promote karate.

"The International Clinic that bears her name is a clear example of her commitment to the growth of our sport. Its continued success reflects her dedication to sharing knowledge, inspiring new generations, and helping expand karate around the world."
